I was thinking of turning this room into a tea room somehow.

A cute tea set!

[ Most importantly! Really emphasizing the cute part. Walking over to her desk, she holds up her hand, trying to roughly measure the size of a tiered cake stand. ]

And a big rack to hold all the food and desserts.

[ And probably other things. She only had teatime a few times at the Sharil Manor. She misses Driselle and Rowen... ]

[Will she ever not be adorable? Cullen isn't sure. She has no idea how endearing she is. Every word and motion just makes him smile, and want to ensure that she's safe and happy.]

[ He may be one of the rare few on the fleet who she's most comfortable being around. She's more energetic and less thinking about wanting to cling to her doll, who isn't even around for her anymore.

My sister used to have tea parties when we were younger. [After she got fed up playing the Apostate. She'd huff and puff and guilt trip him into playing along with her games. It was only fair.]

[ She rests her chin on her hands, interested. ]

What were her tea parties like?

Very long.

[And not very fancy. They didn't have much, so teacups were often old cookware that had cracks and holes. Not that Rosalie minded.]

But we had a good time. I liked spending time with my little sister.

[princessia]

[ She's reminded of having small tea parties with Teepo, but most of it was pretend. No actual liquid in the tea cups.

She fiddles idly with one of the pens that were left on the desk. ]

We'll have a long tea party too. You can invite your friends.

We should play a game now that you're not busy! Or... make something? I found a bunch of writing materials in my desk.

[ Trailing off, she pulls out a small stack of blank paper and slips it on top of her desk. Give her a moment, she's thinking. ]

Oh, I know! Help me make a thank you gift for Jove.

[Augh, his heart. Cullen scoots his chair closer.]

[ She takes a slip of paper from the stack, placing it between them on the desk. ]

Yes! We can write a message too... maybe something like, "thank you for spending time with me."

She'll be touched. [He can't help it, he has to give her a little pat on the head. Such a sweet and thoughtful girl.] I owe her thanks as well.
